First Exchange - On Us!:
We celebrate your first exchange by covering the shipping cost, making it completely free! It’s our way of ensuring you get the perfect item to accompany you on your adventures.
Subsequent Exchanges - Your Voyage:
If you've already used your one-time complimentary exchange, you can still swap your item. However, from the second exchange onward, the shipping arrangements and costs will be your responsibility. We encourage you to organize the return to our warehouse, and we’ll guide you through every step.
Direct your package to the appropriate Tropicfeel warehouse:

How to Exchange:
Head to Our Returns Center: Enter your order number and email.
Select Your New Item: Indicate the item you’re returning and choose your new selection of the same price.
Prepare for Dispatch: For your first exchange, attach the pre-paid label we provide.
*For later exchanges, send your item to the relevant warehouse.

Important Information:
The items must be in their original, unused condition.
Ensure your return is within the 30 days from date of delivery.

The first exchange is provided with a pre-paid shipping label; subsequent exchanges may incur additional charges at your own cost.
During our Festive Period, we offer returns and exchanges for up to 60 days after your purchase date.
This only applies to orders placed between the dates of 01/11/2023 and 17/12/2023.
