How to Initiate a ReturnUpdated 9 months ago
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return an item. We want to make your return process as seamless as possible. Here’s what you need to do:
Start Your Return: Visit our Returns Platform and follow the steps provided to initiate your return.
Check Your Email: After submitting your return request, check your email for a pre-paid shipping label and instructions (applicable for your first return or exchange).
Print the Label: Print out the pre-paid shipping label. If you're unable to print at home, please visit a local print shop or office supply store.
Package Your Item: Safely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories that came with the product.
Attach the Label: Securely attach the pre-paid label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels.
Send It Off: Drop off your package at the designated carrier location as per the instructions on the shipping label.

Please note the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund and varies by location:

Important Information:
The items must be in their original, unused condition.
Ensure your return is within the 30 days from date of delivery.

The first return or exchange is provided with a pre-paid shipping label; subsequent returns may incur additional charges.
During our Festive Period, we offer returns and exchanges for up to 60 days after your purchase date.
This only applies to orders placed between the dates of 01/11/2023 and 17/12/2023.
