Who is responsible for international inport, duty, VAT and customs fees?

For customers who purchase orders outside of the European Union, in some cases, customs fees can be charged and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any Import, Duty, VAT, and Customs Fees that may apply for shipping to their country.

Can I get a refund for a Digital Gift Card I purchased?

No, the Digital Gift Card is non-refundable. Please take extra care that you select the correct amount when purchasing your gift card.
