Lifetime Warranty - Nest 2.0 and Hive 2.0

We are confident in the extensive design research and quality workmanship put into our new Nest 2.0 and Hive 2.0 backpacks. Therefore, we offer a Lifetime Warranty covering any manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of the new Nest and Hive backpacks during a reasonable lifetime. This warranty is available for those who purchased the new Nest 2.0 and Hive 2.0 backpacks launched on 6 August 2024.

What does the warranty cover? 
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of Nest 2.0 and Hive 2.0 backpacks (understood as the Nest and Hive backpacks launched on 6 August 2024).

What defects does the warranty not cover?

  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear from use. Normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. Examples include discolored fabric, degraded fabric, delaminated fabric, deteriorated fabric, and failure of major components such as handles, wheels, zippers, buckles, seams, and construction due to extended use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, intentional damage, exposure to extreme conditions, improper care, or transport damage (e.g., by airlines).

What products are not covered by the warranty?  
The warranty only covers the new Nest 2.0 and Hive 2.0, not including wardrobe or other accessories.

Which purchases qualify for the lifetime warranty?
Warranty claims can be processed for purchases made at Tropicfeel’s own retail stores, Tropicfeel Shop and Tropicfeel Store (US).

How will the warranty be covered?
At Tropicfeel’s discretion, we will repair or replace the product. Tropicfeel will make its best efforts to provide the customer with the same model and color backpack. However, considering factors such as availability, among others, Tropicfeel may, at its sole discretion, decide to issue a credit for the amount spent on the purchase of the backpack to use on the available Nest 2.0 and Hive 2.0.

Can I ask for a refund?
No. The lifetime warranty means we will exchange the backpack for a new one or repair the damage.

What happens if I repair the backpack before contacting Tropicfeel?
Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs will void the warranty.

Can I give the warranty to a third party?
The Tropicfeel backpack warranty is extended to the original owner or the person who received it as a gift, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

How can I ask for a warranty and what do I need to prove?
Contact the Tropicfeel customer service team.

When do I need to ask for a warranty? 
The Warranty must be claimed within a reasonable time after the damage occurred. Increased damages due to a lack of claim are not covered by the Warranty.

My product was already defective when it arrived.   
Follow standard warranty claims, contact us immediately via the warranty form within 30 days of the delivery date on the tracking ID.

How long will it take for my claim to be processed? 
Our dedicated warranty team will review your claim within 5 business days. 

Returning the Backpack

  • If you wish to file a warranty claim for Nest 2.0 or Hive 2.0 backpacks, we ask that you send back the faulty item(s) to us following customer services instructions. Tropicfeel will cover the shipping costs.  
  • Failure to return damaged items may result in your warranty claim being declined.
  • Backpacks must not be sent to Tropicfeel physical retail stores.
